This collection consists of proceedings, financial records, reports, and pamphlets. A separate file on the Missionary Training School is also included. The proceedings consist mainly of bound typescript minutes and reports of LFMC annual conventions. Also included are some printed reports and handbooks published by the conference. Some loose proceedings material such as minutes, constitutions, financial reports, committee meeting minutes, and some correspondence regarding participation in the conventions, are filed separately in the "Proceedings (unbound)" file folders. Financial records consist of the following: a notebook containing financial records from 1941-1967; one bound volume, A Study of Salaries and Allowances 1950-1953, Board of World Missions; and a letter describing disbursement of funds after LFMC disbanded in 1966. The pamphlets are charts and statistics regarding the Lutheran Foreign Missions of North America. The reports of the conferences consist of typescript copies of some information printed in the proceedings, such as reports of the secretary and treasurer. Also included, however, are addresses delivered at the Conference by Lutheran pastors and missionaries regarding the status of missions throughout the world. Beginning in 1939 these reports and addresses were printed in pamphlet form, and can be found in the bound proceedings as well.
